Mammoth Lakes is nestled right in the heart of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, and whether you choose to visit in the summer, fall, winter, or spring months, there’s always something to experience.
In the summer months, you can spend your day hiking, backpacking, kayaking on one of the many lakes in the area, stand up paddle boarding, rent a boat at Lake Mary or Convict Lake, or go fishing.
